DS, 1787 January 3 : [Great Falls].

This document, signed along with two other officials of the Potomac Company, lists names of about 85 employees of this company, formed by Washington to improve the navagability of the Potomac River. Great Falls was above present day Washington, D.C.. The document is certified at the conclusion by seven overseers who vouch for the work done by all those listed.
